Working with mbaMission, Meagan played a key role in the creation of onTrack, the company’s comprehensive online course designed to give MBA applicants access to expert guidance throughout the rigorous process of applying to top business schools. The goal was to make insider-level coaching more accessible, while maintaining the high-quality standard that mbaMission is known for.

Meagan oversaw all aspects of creative direction and quality control during production. She managed wardrobe — with each look custom-designed in advance to fit the brand’s professional yet approachable aesthetic — and directed all set design to create an environment that reflected the program’s credibility. Because the course featured real admissions experts rather than actors, she also provided on-camera coaching to ensure each speaker came across with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

In addition, Meagan edited a significant portion of the 40+ hours of raw footage, shaping the content into an engaging and structured program. The final product became the most robust and accessible MBA admissions program of its kind, with over 80 instructional modules and interactive tools. Since launch, onTrack has supported thousands of applicants worldwide, strengthened mbaMission’s positioning as the industry leader, and continues to generate recurring revenue through course enrollments.
